I missed them, I was helping a friend go through a family member’s estate. I am going to look for a you tube video of Brooks and Dunn with ZZ Top. Two of my favorite musical groups!
I was surprised Taylor won Entertainer of the Year. She is so young, it is hard to keep up that momentum at such a young age.
In the meantime I found this video which is one of my favorite songs!

I love music that is harmonic, duet music is one of my favorite types. There is something about a woman and a man in harmony. This is an early Blake Shelton Miranda Lambert duet, but the best part of the video is at the end, George and Tammy. George was so much better with Tammy, and she was a powerhouse with George!

I have been trying to copy John Rich’s new song video from The Fox Nation with no luck. Thankfully CMT has it. You will see Kris Kristopherson, Mickey Rourke with a surprise appearance of David Keith. David is one of my favorite actors, he has done loads of movies. We shared the same love for Tom Landry. He was able to hold the earphone cable for the Greatest Coach that ever lived, I watched David with envy each week. I would rather work for Tom Landry than be a movie star any day!

I love simple. The more simple I have in my life the better my life is. The Grand Ole Opry is the true home of country music. I have been there, yeah baby but it was closed unlike Gretchen the doors were locked!
You take simple and the Grand Ole Opry and you get what or who? Oh Easy Zac Brown Band and the great song Chicken Fried!
The stock market is in the tank, we are all trying to figure out what we are going to do next. But watch Zac and relax!

My sons have been singing this song for a few years, right now as we face economic turmoil I am a Proud Texan. I am a Native Texan, and that is my heritage.
So I thought I would take you through the song and what happens when Texas gets contagious!
So we start with the pure video of Kevin Fowler 100% Texan
Now watch it being sung for Texans in Lewisville Texas, home of the Fighting Farmers.
Yep it is a bit rowdier. Now look what I found a line dancing group somewhere in France. It is a bit stiff, they need to relax and enjoy the music, but yet again not Texans but love the song.
This style is a bit more Texan like. I prefer some different boots, but that is me.
Yep Kevin is the author of another great tune Beer, Bait and Ammo!
I love Texas! 100% Texan till I die!
