Time to fess up. I knew Bill Engvall a very long time ago. There is something about those pictures with his semi-mullet that looked familiar. For a long time I thought it was just the feeling you get when you know someone talks in a similar manner, with a similar view. Anyway I found this video and I just think it is too precious not to share, it is Bill at his finest! I guess that is his son as a young boy who is grown tall now.
The video is not working I will try and get another copy of it. In the meantime this is a great video of Bill being Bill
He has what I call physical comedy down like few comics can. Red Skelton was great at it too. This is a classic bit Dick did, the Drunk. It is revealing in that Dick Van Dyke had his battle with alcohol.
Melissa Peterman is the funniest woman since Carol Burnett. At least that is my opinion, she has self-deprecating humor is what I love best about great comedic actresses. I found this video of Melissa doing a Chicago dance for Reba’s fiftieth birthday, in Melissa style she changed the words and directs her non professionals. It is a Hoot!
I saw this group of Aggies on the news, and I knew somewhere in there videos would be some truly redneck basketball shots. The bearded guy is a former Aggie quarterback, there is a set of twins or brothers, also there are four other guys doing these shots. And yes they do practice before they take a shot, the run the video just in case they get it on the first try. Only a redneck would pull a wake board through a tank with a four wheeler while making a basketball shot.
Last night as I was laying relaxing I turned on Dancing With the Stars just to see if it was going to be any good this season. I laughed till I cried. Between Michael Irvin, Tom Delay and the little skate boarding guy, there is so much to watch and enjoy. Donnie Osmond was worse than I thought, Michael and his million dollar smile made the show. So many truly enjoyed the show. It was totally men night. They have a new relay dance that was very fun to watch. Chuck is some kind of fighter, he truly tried his best. Anyway if you haven’t watched, and you want to be uplifted and in joy, try a bit of it. Wednesday is Patrick Swayze tribute night. I don’t know about Tuesday for me it is women’s night, right now I am all in for the men. The men are definitely a group of guys that are trying as hard as they can to learn grace and dancing.
Here is a preview, but Michael, Chuck and the little skateboarding guy are not on it. Trust me DWTS this season is a must see, if only you watch the men.
And yes I DVRed House. I was not going to miss one second of it.
I love funny videos. A new person that I found on Twitter had this. It is one of the funniest I have seen in a long time. Her take was “From a badass lifting weights to a clumsy kid yelling for his mom all in 0.75 seconds. Well done”
Nothing sums it better.
Next up is Pixar Humor! It is a tennis commercial!
